Break Down Fire Alarm Communication System

      An innovative communication system to effectively communicate Department machine breakdown / Fire or Human Accident information to all over Mill campus so that immediate counter measures can be taken easily against machine breakdown / Fire accident.

Features


1. Machine breakdown department name is passed through 2 core
    RS485 serial bus with 5Sec siren warning signal.
2. Siren warning signal will alert electrician who is working in other
    department.
3. After breakdown completion, electrician can reset Breakdown
     signal.
4. Fire accident is differentiated by department name flashing with
     continuous siren signal until to reset.
5.  Department names are formed with latest SMD LED’s for clear
     and long-range vision.

    very much and machine utilization improved.
2. Immediate counter measures can be taken against Fire / Human

OHTC control Unit with Digital Time setting feature

1.  Designed with miniature digital controller with Time functions like
     OHTC forward,      Reverse, Autodoffing, and discharge timing
     can be set and adjustable with digital keypad.
2.  Wide timing range from 000 sec to 999 sec’s possible.
    Troubleshooting is made easy with short      form messages     generated in display unit.

      All kind of OHTC spares like control PCB, Control transformer, carbon brushes, and Proximity switches for existing all make OHTC’s available at reasonable cost.

G5/1 Spinning Machine Digital Timer Module

       Designed to replace 6 old type analog timers In G5/1 spinning machine. Consist of 6 digital timer modules in one package with individual time setting provisions.

Advantages

1.  Accurate digital timing with 1 sec resolution enables correct
    setting for Under Winding and other function so that End brakes
    and other problems can be minimized.
2. Power supply is designed with 220V isolated supply transformer
    so that fail free and less heat generation from power supply is
    ensured. Unlike other timers are designed with direct 220V drop 
    resistors so frequent timer failure will result.  
3. Connectors designed with detachable and high quality used each
    timer output is provided with 2 NO / 2NC provisions so that easy
    removal and replacement is ensured. b 4.One Spare timer is also
    incorporated.

SAVIO Autoconer Single Switcher Unit

1. Designed with latest SMPS power supply and MOSFET driver
    circuit So the failure rate is very much minimized.
2. In case of frequent failure / or for Beyond service savio switchers
    our new type can be easily replace at reasonable cost.

Humidity Plant Status Display Unit

1. Humidity / Temperature is displayed alternatively in every 30
    sec’s with big display units.Sensor is high accurate digital robust
    type and can be placed at a remote place more than 50 Meters.

Real Time Clock DisplaIy Unit

1.  Real time clock can be set easily and view by 2 ½” 7 segment
     Display units. Back up with long life 3.2V Lithium battery.
