UNI HALF LAB & TOP COMBS
We manufacture the Circular Combs also called Unicomb being used for the noel extraction and parallelization of fibers in Combers. the Circular Combs are available for all Combers of any model and any degree including latest Combers with speed of 350 Nips/minute.

the Metallic wires used are more precious sharp in forward and smooth in backward designed for excellent combing and removal of short fibers up to 80% and the lifetime of 800 to 900 Tons with consistent web quality Various types of Circular Combs are available with us equivalent to Unicomb of  NITTO and PRIM COMB of GRAF to meet Customers requirements of any Count pattern.


Regarding the Half lap are concerned the following parameter are observed during the process for any make of Half lap by Japanese, Swiss or ours.

1) the raw material are used is Card Clothing Wire having special treatment having more hardness.

2) the wire are used in Carding made to work for transferring the material, but we use the wire in Half lap to work for Combing, Cleaning and to carry upto brush.

3) We, nitto and graf the Half lap manufactures maintain, the basic parameter of Half lap wire, made with similar metal composition, grade, specification, angle and Hardness.

Hence the combing action density, wire angle durability and mainly the life time are the same. But we Sahora certainly stay ahead to give various models, model as per customers demand and OUR PRICE ARE VERY MUCH COMPETITIVE (almost 60% of the other two manufacturers)

Sahora manufactures aluminum alloy nipper assemblies for Rieter series combers. Sahora nippers are capable to comb short as well as long staple cotton. these Nippers with modified nipper geometry provides full control of the lap at any time even with short staple cotton. these feed roller has been moved closer to the nipping point and a pressure bar has been provided in between the feed roller and nipping point.

Because of the above an ideal short nipping distance is obtained. therefore no valuable long fiber is removed but only the unwanted short fibers are removed during combing. This High performance Nipper kit with modified nipper geometry has ensured saving of 1.5% to 2% noils and 10% -15% increase in production (due to process of heavier laps) for the existing yarn imperfection and CSP levels. Nipper assembly available for Rieter E7/4 and E7/5A and Lakshmi-Rieter E7/4 comber machine.







Under casing are made from stainless steel and as per the original card cylinder under grid contour dimensions with perfect curvature and leveled for surface. This eliminates distorted air current, loss of good fibers, controls extraction of waste, and avoid accidents such as jamming, fire etc. It also minimizes damage to card clothing. No more accumulation of waste and fiber lumps.

Lattices from Sahora have perfect pin spacing, hardened and tempered spikes / carbon steel pins, humidity & flame resist canvas backing, synthetic belt / nylon sandwich belt, solid copper rivets, alloy steel screws and washers.

Lattices are available for blow room in Laminated Compressed Wood, Aluminum & PVC to suit your application and machine specific requirements. Hence the profile of wood, shape of spikes, space between the spikes and overall dimensions are well designed to suit specific requirement of each machine application. Lattices are made of well seasoned wood, spikes are hardened and tempered, lags are fixed to the high quality canvas backing (treated for water & flame resistance) with aluminum base strips, synthetic belt/nylon sandwich belt and by copper rivets and alloy steel screws & washers.

Sahora spools are manufactured to have good rigidity, better hardness, high tensile strength, best mechanical strength, wear resistance and good dimensional stability. High precession jigs are used for balancing and improving the life of spools. 
We have successfully developed spools for LR Silver Lap, Rieter Unilap, Hara Hi-lap and Vouk Lap formers. these spools are
finished to very critical tolerance both in dimension as well as in weight and can take up laps of heavier batt weight (80gms/mtr). these Spools are heat-stabilized for low moisture absorption and have excellent dimensional stability.

SYC Flyer

SYC Flyers are designed to replace the steel Flyers used by the industry. Made from light weight aluminium alloy, the SYC Flyer was well accepted by the industry. To the customer, SYC Flyers are superior in performance compared to the steel Flyers because :

the performance of any Flyer depends as much on its own design attributes as on the accessories.

Sahora manufactures all the major accessories related to Flyers which work towards improved productivity and increased life of the Flyers leading to consistent quality of roving.

the range of accessories includes False Twisters and Pressers

False Twisters :
the purpose of false twister is twofold. Firstly, it imparts a false twist to the roving, thus strengthening it as well as helping to avoid the liberation of loose fibers in the Flyer. Secondly, the false twister serves as a guide to the roving as it enters the hollow arm.

Sahora supplies a wide range of false twisters molded from Rubber, Polyurethane or PVC depending on the application. these twisters are designed for various makes of speed frames and are compatible and any other make of Flyers.

Pressers are made of Heat Treated special steel to ensure constant pressure. the Pressers can be replaced without affecting the balance of the Flyer.

Presser

the Presser helps in compact and uniform winding of the bobbin. the presser is made from aluminum or steel, depending upon the type of Flyer. sahora supplies a wide variety of presser for different types of Flyers such as SYC, AC and AC Top driven (suspended). For special applications like worsted and acrylic spinning, sahora also offers pressers with wear resistant treatment to enhance the life of the presser.
